When it comes to sitting in the dentist’s patient chair I procrastinate and try to convince myself that it has not really been that long since I was in the dental chair, but it has been. When I arrived at Cleveland Dental Clinic I was greeted by a kind receptionist in a comfortable waiting room. When I went to the hygienist for cleaning I felt like I was in a time warp back to Doc Holiday days when infection control was unheard of. The staff of Cleveland Dental Clinic wore masks, were kind, friendly but the room and equipment were old, dingy and blood splatter remained in the spit basin. I declined the service that was kindly offered. I gave more than one star because the staff members are patient and generous with their efforts to help clients get their paperwork, insurance info and payment taken care of before going to the rooms where “The chair” awaits you.
